Cancellation Policy
Just a few things
-Your hair must be free of tangles and smooth when you arrive. Otherwise, a detangling service will be added to your service.
-no extra guest (including children).
-parking isn’t the greatest near the salon so please account for that in your arrival to ensure you will be on time.
-You will be given a 15 minute grace period (with notification from you) from the start of your appointment free of charge to arrive. After 15 minutes, a late fee of 25.00 will be included on your service ticket at the end of your appointment (with or without notification). After 30 minutes, you’re appointment will be subject to cancellation at my discretion. If you’re appointment is not cancelled you will be charged the late fee of 25.00 in addition to your service. If your appointment is cancelled, you will be charged 75% of your service. No exceptions.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service ticket price. Cancellation on the day of your appointment will be charged 75% of the service ticket price. Finally, Any no call no shows will be banned from booking any future appointments. No exceptions.
